Fraud, coercion, and costly mistakes. I confirm that each signer understands what they are signing and is doing so voluntarily. I stay alert to red flags. Wherever I am needed most. I serve clients in offices, hospitals, homes, or detention centers throughout Ventura County. Sometimes it is a routine business document. Other times, it is a family planning their legacy or signing paperwork during a medical emergency. These are not just pages, they represent real lives and real futures.
